Crispy pork belly, pan fried scallop, parsnip puree, black pudding and roasted pear.

Wine recommended: a 125 ml Glass of Insolia – Full Bodied Sicilian White - 12.5% OR
Pinot Noir Gran Riserva - 13.5%

Plaice and Crab

Plaice wrapped crab, curried apple broth, pickled courgette and fennel.

Wine recommended: a 125 glass of Trebbiano - Fruity & Full Bodied White - 13%

Palate Cleanser

Beef Rib

Beef rib, caramelized shallot and truffle puree, pomme anna, wild mushrooms and a red wine reduction

Wine recommended: a 125 glass of Merlot Gran Riserva - 14%

Chocolate and Yuzu

Chocolate ganache, Yuzu cream, chocolate and coffee granita, crystalized white chocolate.

Wine recommended: a 75 ml glass of Recioto OR Rutherglen Muscat

Cheese platter

A selection of cheese served with partnered accompaniments.

Flight of 3 x 25 ml recommended wines or 3 x 10 ml recommended whiskeys.
